Biography/Art Resume
Jesse Ross seriously began making pictures around 1997.
He is self taught, aided and inspired by the thoughts and works of visionaries since the dawn of history.
He has spent the past decade in residencies throughout Europe in preparation of a long and promising art photography career, listing Berlin, Budapest, Barcelona, Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Opatija, Mostar and Sarajevo among countless other points between. Ross is currently working from his family's home city of Tacoma, Washington U.S.A.
Ross has exhibited worldwide with his first Stateside exhibitions at the Tacoma City Hall Gallery and at the Art expo Art Slam in the last three months. In 2007 a series of photographs made in Sarajevo were accepted into the Bosnian National and University Library in connection with the National Gallery.
